Neither Jim nor Chris farm organically. And yet we know that to many people ‘organic’ is a shorthand for ‘better quality’. So why don’t we adopt this method and sell organic meat?
The reality is that the way we farm has a lot in common with organic methods.
We believe in farming in a way that -
- looks after the land and is sustainable
- is kind to the stock we rear and ensures they lead contented, natural lives
- doesn’t use huge amounts of pesticides, artificial fertilisers nor antibiotics to force the land and the animals to produce more than is reasonable.
