What to choose

This depends on two things -
•    what sort of  meal you want to cook
•    what sort of quality of meat you want.

Techniques like braising and pot roasts are designed to make best use of cheaper cuts – and even if many of us can afford the best cuts, the textures and flavours you can achieve make these other dishes well worth rediscovering. So don’t ignore cuts like braising steak – just spend ten minutes with a few cook books, and you’ll get loads of ideas.

If you have problems getting younger children to eat good meals, then our sausages and burgers are just the thing – they’re full of meat, and they’ll really enjoy eating them. You don’t have to resort to low-quality fast food to make meal times a peaceful event!
